We landed in NYC just before midnight on Saturday. I worked all night Friday night, got home just before 9AM on Saturday, finished packing and we caught the 1PM flight to La Guardia airport with a stopover in Atlanta, GA. I tried sleeping on the plane but that lasted about 20 minutes. The flight from Atlanta to NYC was a little less full so I was able to sleep on two seats for a few hours. After landing and grabbing our luggage, we took a cab over to Georgeanne’s place at 10 East End Ave on the corner of East 80th. She has a nice apartment on the 21st (top) floor overlooking the East River! We arrived at about 1AM. Shelley, Mat’s cousin who is living at the apartment, was out so we grabbed a key from the doorman and let ourselves in. Man this apartment is amazing! Three bedrooms, four bath, open kitchen/living room, two decks. We admired the place before finally crashing at 2AM.
