The hip has been feeling really good lately so decided to go on a long walk yesterday. We did eight miles on a bicycle path. At 6.5 miles there was that familiar sharp pain on the outside of my right hip that slowly made it’s way across the front until there was the familiar dull ache in my adductor area. I iced it and took 800mg of ibuprofen and still felt it in the morning. I don’t know what is going on. My physical therapist said that if I was still having issues in January then I should see a doctor again. It’s been 7 months since my initial injury, I should be able to walk eight miles of easy terrain. So I'm going to find myself a primary care provider and get scheduled for an MRI.
