June 25, 2019 - First post-op Physical Therapy

Today I had my first physical therapy appointment. We couldn't do much since I have the brace and stitches in place. I do have a lot of home exercises requiring another person to hold my leg so she did go over those with Mat and I. Then she hooked me up to the TENS unit before sending me home. She wanted to start working with me two days a week once my brace is removed. My appointment for that is July 9th. So I scheduled for pt the day after, July 10th.
